Position: Esthetician Full-Time/Part-Time
Location: Strathmore, Alberta
Are you passionate about helping clients achieve their skincare, wellness, and relaxation goals? Do you have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high quality spa experiences?
Join our team at The Sagestone Dayspa; an upscale boutique dayspa known for luxurious treatments and personalized service.
Responsibilities:
● Perform a range of Esthetician services, including pedicures, manicures, body treatments, facials, waxing, and natural brow/lash services, while maintaining our standards of quality and hygiene.
● Conduct assessments and consultations to recommend appropriate treatments and products based on individual needs and goals (i.e., within pedicures, manicures, skincare treatments etc.).
● Create a serene and inviting atmosphere, promoting relaxation and overall well-being for our clients, during and in-between services.
● Maintain an excellent understanding of our skincare line and its benefits for our clients.
● Build strong client relationships, addressing concerns and offering aftercare advice to extend the benefits of each treatment.
● Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to spa cleanliness protocols.
Qualifications:
● Valid Esthetician license in Alberta.
● Proven experience in delivering exceptional both advanced and traditional Esthetics services, preferably in a high- end spa or salon environment.
● In-depth knowledge of the use and benefits of different skincare ingredients, various treatment techniques, and current industry trends.
● Excellent communication skills and the ability to establish rapport with clients.
● Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a pristine and serene spa environment.
