Spa Policies

Please read our policies for the spa

We understand things come up but please provide sufficient time to cancel your appointment. Without the opportunity to fill that time with another appointment, our small business loses out. Cancelations less than 24 hours will be subject to a charge of 30% of late cancelled appointment. If you are sick, kindly do not wait until the morning of your appointment to cancel, give us as much notice as you can.

No-show Appointments will pay 100% of the missed appointment. This amount will be billed to the credit card on file or remain as an outstanding charge to be covered before re-booking is allowed.

 

No-show Tanning Clients will have 5 minutes deducted from their tan minutes for their missed appointment. Our tan bed is very busy and we typically have a wait list with people waiting to use it.

Credit cards are required for booking either online or over the phone. We do not write these numbers down on paper, they are typed into our booking software and once recorded and saved, no longer accessible by anyone who uses our computer. A valid credit card is required to complete the booking process. We can also take an active Gift Card as long as the value covers the cost of the full appointment. In the event of a no-show, the card will then be redeemed and applied to the balance of the appointment.

Please make arrangements for your children. This is a place of relaxation and we want you to enjoy your service to the fullest. Our facility is not set up to accommodate children or babies. Children may be permitted in the spa if they are booked for an appointment but please note that we do not have a Children's Spa Service Menu.

Gift Cards are non-refundable. We do not sell Gift Cards for Promotional Services as we will not honour the discounted pricing after the sale expires.

Please disclose any change in your health/skin/body so that we may provide you with the most accurate and effective treatment. We cannot be held responsible for injury/damages if the health history has been misrepresented. Any appointments that are cancelled as a result of this are still subject to payment.
